Should I use my Body Pro 2 if I wear a pacemaker?

No, you should not use the Body Pro 2 if you wear a pacemaker or other internal medical device. The Body Pro 2 circulates a small electrical signal in your body to perform some of its measurements (such as fat mass), which may interfere with a pacemaker or other medical device.

Should I use the scale if I have a stent or metal implant?

Both stents and metallic medical implants (such as a titanium knee) can result in inaccurate body composition measurements. We recommend that you consult with your doctor before using the scale if you have a stent, intramedullary rod, or other metallic implant in your body, especially if it is located in the lower limbs.

Should I use my scale while I am pregnant?

The Body Pro 2 has not been tested and/or validated for usage during pregnancy. Accuracy may be impacted for body composition analysis, electrodermal activity score, vascular age. Consult your doctor during pregnancy.
