Your FlexiFit cuff and monitor should arrive pre-connected in its case. You should only need to detach and re-attach the cuff if you are switching to a larger cuff size.

 

If you're experiencing issues with your blood pressure cuff connecting to the device, please try the following steps:

  1. Carefully remove the cuff tube from the monitor by pulling out the plastic connector.
  2. Carefully examine both the plastic connector and the device port for any lint, dust, or debris that might be interfering with the connection. 
  3. If you find any, gently remove it.
  4. Plug the plastic connector back into the device port and ensure it is fully and securely inserted into the device port.
