BPM Pro 2 - Cuff Connection Issues
Your FlexiFit cuff and monitor should arrive pre-connected in its case. You should only need to detach and re-attach the cuff if you are switching to a larger cuff size.
If you're experiencing issues with your blood pressure cuff connecting to the device, please try the following steps:
- Carefully remove the cuff tube from the monitor by pulling out the plastic connector.
- Carefully examine both the plastic connector and the device port for any lint, dust, or debris that might be interfering with the connection.
- If you find any, gently remove it.
- Plug the plastic connector back into the device port and ensure it is fully and securely inserted into the device port.
