If you experience an issue with your BPM Pro 2, it may be necessary to perform a factory reset. However, Withings strongly discourages performing a factory reset on your monitor unless specifically instructed to do so by a support agent. This is a permanent action that will erase all data stored on the device and require you to reconfigure it.

If instructed to perform a factory reset, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the device by short pressing the On/Off button on the right side.
  2. Navigate down to Settings and press OK.
  3. Navigate up to Facotry Settings.
  4. Press the OK button.
  5. Confirm by selecting YES.
Important Note: Factory resetting the BPM Vision will delete all unsynced data locally stored on the device.
