BPM Pro 2 - Finding the Mac Address

When contacting support regarding a device issue, please provide the device's MAC ID (also known as the serial number). This can be found on the right side of the device label located on the back of the monitor, next to the SN and starting with "A4:7E:FA".

 

If for some reason the label is worn or unreadable, you can also find the MAC ID within the device's menu.

 

To retrieve the MAC ID directly from your device, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the device by short pressing the On/Off button on the right side.
  2. Navigate using the bottom navigation button on screen to find and select Settings.
  3. Press ‘Okay’
  4. Select ‘Information' 
    Note: This will show you the Mac ID/Serial number, firmware version and battery level
