Understanding Device Surveys
Depending on your program, your device may display surveys after taking a complete measurement. These surveys help your healthcare provider understand your progress, symptoms, and needs.
Note: Some programs activate this survey feature, while others do not. Your care team or doctor should explain what types of questions you might be asked before they appear on your device.
You will be promoted to take a survey if you see “Action required” in blue after your measurement has been taken.
Navigating Surveys
To go through the survey, use the black navigation buttons on your device. Each question requires you to choose just one answer. Once you're finished, a confirmation message will appear on the last screen.
Survey Frequency
The frequency of these surveys depends on your program. For questions about survey frequency or the types of questions being asked, please contact your program directly.
Note on Battery Impact:
Depending on how often you receive surveys, this feature may affect your device's battery life. Some battery drain is normal. However, if you notice significantly faster battery drain, please contact support at [link to support].
