You have the choice between three weight units: kilogram (kg), stone (stlb) and pound (lb). 

If you have a Body Scan, please do the following:

1. Press the button on the top of your scale once to wake it up. The weight unit menu should appear.

2. Continue to press the button to scroll until you land on the desired weight unit.

3. Press and hold down the button until a check mark appears on the scale screen with your desired weight unit displayed.

4. Your weight unit has been changed.

If you have a Body Cardio, please do the following:

1. Press the button on the side of your scale.

2. Press the button again to make the arrow point towards the right unit.

3. Make sure the correct unit is displayed on the screen of your scale. If not, press the button again.

4. The unit change is confirmed a few seconds after you stop pressing the button.

To change the units on any other scale, perform the following steps:

1. Press the button at the back of your scale.
2. Press the unit button again to change the unit.
3. Once on the correct unit, hold down the button to select it.
4. Check the screen of your scale to see the unit change.
   The unit is confirmed a few seconds after you stop pressing the button.
