Data Hub - Frequently asked questions
What is Data Hub and how does it work?
Data Hub is a powerful solution that solves accessibility issues with preconfigured devices that require no installation from users and securely connect retrieved data to your external services. This cellular gateway has worldwide compatibility: no smartphone and no Wi-Fi network is required.
Devices are installed with the Data Hub, so no other installation is required by the end-user. Once Data Hub is plugged into an electrical outlet and reaches the cellular network, the setup of your device is done automatically: you can turn it on and use it normally.
I don't have a Data Hub, what should I do?
If you haven't been provided with a Data Hub, it means that your device does not need one.

In this case, the Withings device will also display an error message.
