Account - Where can I find the serial number of my product?

Our support agents may ask you the serial number of your Withings product. This information allows them to retrieve diagnostics and usage data for your product.

The serial number of your device starts with 00:24:E4 or A4:7E:FA and can be found in different places according to your product:
