To deflate your device for easier storage, shipping or travel purposes, perform the following steps:

  1. Remove the inner sensor from the fabric protector.

  2. Place the bottom of the sensor facing up, and locate the button labeled reset.

  3. Unplug, then replug the Sleep Mat using the provided adapter.
    Important: Keep the sensor plugged during the whole process. When the sensor is unplugged, the valve closes and prevents any air input/output of your device. Note that the valve closes after 3 minutes.

  4. Locate and press the reset button successively three times.
    Note: A slight click indicates that the device valve is open. The solid white LED lights up, the sensor should slightly deflate.

  5. Slowly remove the air from the sensor, starting in the middle and working the air around the sides as shown below:

  6. Unplug your device.

  7. Put the inner part of the device back into the textile cover. Make sure to flatten the sensor all over its surface in the textile cover.
