Sleep - What does the color of the LED mean?
If there is an issue with your Sleep Mat, there may be an LED light illumined on your device.
The Sleep Mat's LED is located on the sensor surface inside the sleeve. Pull the textile sleeve off of the sensor and look for the LED on the flat top-side.
- Solid green: If the factory reset has been completed. The LED can also be green when the Sleep is ready for configuration.
- Flashing blue: If the Sleep hasn't been installed or paired.
- Solid blue: If the Sleep has been paired and is in setup mode.
- Flashing purple: If the installation timed out. Unplug and replug the Sleep Mat and restart the installation within 30 minutes.
- Flashing yellow: If the device needs to be reset up after losing connection to your account.
- If you have been instructed to use an app, to resolve this, try re-pairing the device with your smartphone through the partner app.
- If your program does not use an app, you are unsure if you program uses an app or an issue occurs, please click Contact Us at the bottom of the page. - Flashing red: If the inflation process has been stopped or if the air bladder seems to leak.
The LED can also flash red if you press and hold the reset button. - Solid white: If the deflation process is ongoing.
- Solid red: If the Sleep has a connection issue.
- Flashing red: This indicates a potential issue with the Sleep Mat or that the inflation process has stopped.
