Your program has ended. What's next for your Withings device?

This page is for users who were previously enrolled in a program and want to use their device with the Withings App. You may have received an email titled, "An Important Update to Your Withings Device."

This information does NOT apply to you if:

- You obtained your device from a third-party source (such as a reseller on eBay, other e-commerce websites, or Goodwill).
- It was a gift from a friend or family member.

Important Note for Pro Devices: Pro devices like the BPM Pro, BPM Pro 2, Body Pro, and Body Pro 2 are intended for use exclusively through a partner program and are not sold to the general public.

Do not factory reset your device.


You are seeing an error 402 on your device

If you're seeing this error message, you need to update your device, download the Withings app, and sign in to an account or create a new one. Follow the steps below for your specific device.

 

For Scales:

Devices: Body Pro, Body Pro 2

  1. Press and hold the button on the back of the scale for 8 seconds. This will bring up a menu.

  2. Use a short press to navigate through the menu to the "Update" option.

  3. Use a long press to select it.

Once the update is complete, you should see a QR code on the display, prompting you to open the Withings App and set up your device.

 

For Blood Pressure Monitors:

Devices: BPM Pro

  1. Press and hold the button for 8 seconds to bring up the INFO menu. Release the button once you see the word "INFO" with a pink light.

  2. Use a quick press to navigate through the menu to the "Update" option.

  3. Once you see "Update," hold the button down to select it.

Once the update is complete, you should see the words "Download the Withings App" on the display, prompting you to open the Withings App and set up your device.
