You were provided with Body Pro or a Body Pro 2. It is a scale that connects to cellular network in order to work.

Set up the scale

Pull the tab underneath the scale.
The scale then turns on. A successful setup should be confirmed on the screen.
Step on the scale to see your weight.
If the issue persists, please download the Connect Assistant app to configure your device via Wi-Fi. The app will provide you with step-by-step instructions to connect your device to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth communication.

Please use the appropriate link below depending on which mobile device they are using:
1. Connect Assistant for Android
2. Connect Assistant for iOS
