BPM Connect + Data Hub - Installation Issues
This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:
- The setup process fails
- The screen of BPM Connect doesn't turn on
- The Data Hub doesn't turn on
The setup process fails
- Make sure your Data Hub is plugged in a power socket.
- Keep your montior close to your Data Hub during the installation process.

The screen of BPM Connect doesn't turn on
If the screen of BPM Connect doesn't turn on, please charge the monitor with provided charging cable.

The Data Hub doesn't turn on
If the LED signal does not turn green after 10 minutes, plug Data Hub closer to a window, where the network reception may be better.
