Scale + App - Installation Process

 

Beforehand, make sure your provider's app has been previously downloaded on your mobile device.

Open the app and tap +, then choose the scale in the list of products.

Once asked by the app, start proceeding with the device, as follows:

 

  1. Pull the tab underneath the scale.

  2. Turn the scale on by pressing the button at the back, right above the tab.
  3. The scale is turning on and the app displays Looking for your scale. Please, wait.
  4. Once the scale is detected by the app, tap Start setup. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.
  5. A successful setup should be confirmed on the screen.

  6. Step on the scale to see your weight.
