Sometimes your glucometer's screen may have an issue. This could be either related to the physical condition of the unit itself, or something in its battery and charging behavior. 


Please stop using the glucometer and/or lancing device in these cases:

  • There are silver streaks across the screen
  • Part of display is unreadable
  • The display is cracked, soft, dissolved, brittle or swollen

If the unit does not have these issues, please check whether or not the display issue is related to the battery and charging behavior.
