The iGlucose Meter is a cellular device. This means that each time you perform a blood glucose test, the device will automatically connect to its cellular network and then transmit (synchronize) the test results to our secure servers. The cellular signal strength will be indicated in the top-right corner of the display.

Please follow these steps if there is no signal on the device or there is a signal error:

  1. Move to another location to find a stronger signal. If you are indoors, move nearer to a window. Repeat the blood test with a new strip.
  2. If the error persists or there still is no signal, select the setting button ^ on the left, scroll with the left v button to Signal Quality and press the center button –
  3. A test will run and “OK” will appear if there is a signal.

In the rare instance that you experience difficulty with the cellular connection, please reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
