Important: All data that isn't synced before resetting your scale will be lost permanently.

Factory resetting your scale allows you to delete all of the data stored on it.

If you have a Body, Body Comp, Body Smart, Body Pro, or a Body Pro 2, please perform the following steps to factory reset your scale:

1. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the scale until the scale menu appears.
2. Press the button to cycle through the options until you land on Reset.
3. Press and hold the button until the loading bar that appears is complete.
4. 'Reset in 5 clicks' will appear on the screen.
5. Press the scale button 5 times to confirm.
6. Your scale is now reset.

If you have a Body +, please perform the following steps to factory reset your scale:

1. Hold the button on the bottom of the scale for 8 seconds and then release it.

2. A menu will appear with an arrow and three options: mac, upgrade, reset.

3. Tap the button on the bottom of the scale until the arrow is on 'reset'.

4. The scale will now reset and will be ready to be configured.

If you have a Body Cardio, please perform the following steps to factory reset your device:

1. Hold the button on the side of the scale for 8 seconds and then release it.

2. A menu will appear with an arrow and three options: mac, upgrade, reset.

3. Tap the button on the side of the scale until the arrow is on 'reset'.

4. The scale will now reset and will be ready to be configured.

If you have a Body Scan, please perform the following steps to factory reset your device:

1. Press and hold the button on the side of the scale for 8 seconds or until a menu comes up and then release it.

2. The menu will appear with an arrow and four options: Info, Update, Reset.

3. Tap the button on the bottom of the scale until the arrow is on 'Reset'.

4. Press and hold the button until 'Reset in 5 clicks' appears on the screen.

5. Press the button 5 times. Each time it is pressed the number of clicks will decrease .

6. The scale will now reset and will be ready to be configured.
