Factory resetting your scale allows you to delete all of the data stored on it.

To factory reset your scale, perform the following steps:

1. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the scale until the scale menu appears.
2. Press the button to cycle through the options until you land on Reset.
3. Press and hold the button until the loading bar that appears is complete.
4. 'Reset in 5 clicks' will appear on the screen. 
5. Press the scale button 5 times to confirm.
6. Your scale is now reset.

Important note: All data that isn't synced before resetting your scale will be lost permanently.
